Homeless center a haven when there's no place else to go (Reno Gazette-Journal)

Rhoda Serrano said her family has grown much closer since moving into the family shelter last week at the Community Assistance Center. Serrano said she is grateful to have a place for her family and tells her two children this is an experience they'll remember.
