Default What's COLA going to be in 2010?

The Social Security Administration will determine the 2010 COLA rates in October 2009. Most experts believe that there will be no increase in 2010 as COLA is based on inflation and inflation is expected to be low.

I think 2010 COLA will be 0.2%. What do you think?
